YES! This is a one-of-a-kind conference! Our Agenda is specifically designed for owners and directors to excel in their roles. We have separate tracks planned for each day for each group. Check out the Agenda above.
Business casual. Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Keep in mind that you will have a chance to meet and mingle with many child care leaders from around the country, so you may want to present your “best self” to these newfound friends.
The weather in Las Vegas in April is nice, with daytime temps in the 70s and nighttime lows in the 50s, so a light jacket is a good idea. Conference rooms can be cool as well, so a sweater or sweatshirt is a good idea as well.
The event will start around 8am and conclude around 3pm each day. There will be poolside coaching in the Golden Nugget and Circa pools from 3:30 – 4:30pm on Sunday and Monday.
Lunch break will be held at 11:30am – 1pm and will be on your own. There are dozens of places to eat, all within a short walking distance to the conference room. Owners and directors, lunch time will be synced up so you can all eat together.
We are expecting about 275 attendees to the 2024 Child Care Genius LIVE Conference and expect that number to grow for 2025. (We had to stop selling tickets because of the size of the conference rooms!! Next year we will book a larger ballroom!)
No way!! We loathe those pitch heavy events. We are not even allowing any vendors onsite. You might hear about our University Coaching Program or our Marketing Services here and there, but there will be no sales pitch to pressure you into joining. We will answer questions privately if you have any.
No refunds will be issued as the recordings package is included in the ticket price along with several other bonus gifts that you get to keep no matter what!
