What is the price of a CCG LEGACY Conference ticket, and what's included?
The full price tickets cost $449 each (owners or directors), however we will run sales and promotions for discounted tickets for early purchasers – so be sure to get your tickets early, so you get the best deal possible! All discounts will end in March 2026 or when the conference room is 90% full – which ever comes first.
Also, we’ve included several Amazing bonuses that you get to keep forever in that price making the total package valued at nearly $2K. This deal is pretty hard to beat!
Is this Conference open to anyone?

Are any meals included in my ticket price?
YES – On Monday & Tuesday we will be supplying a Continental BREAKFAST for you, along with coffee, tea, and juices. We want you to not have to worry about waiting in line at a breakfast place or having to get up super early. Be sure to arrive early so you can take advantage of this yummy early morning perk! We have got you covered!
We will also be providing a snack each day.
You will be responsible for your lunch and dinner, however there are many very affordable options both inside and right outside the hotel venue (walking distance). (Also, make plans for breakfast on your own on Wednesday.)

General Event Questions
Is the content new and fresh or will it be the same enrollment and marketing strategies from every other conference?
YES! This is a one-of-a-kind conference! Our Agenda is specifically designed for owners and directors to excel in their roles. We have separate tracks planned for each day for each group. Check out the Agenda above.
Is there a dress code?
Business casual. Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Keep in mind that you will have a chance to meet and mingle with many child care leaders from around the country, so you may want to present your “best self” to these newfound friends.
The weather in Las Vegas in April is nice, with daytime temps in the 70s and nighttime lows in the 50s, so a light jacket is a good idea. Conference rooms can be cool as well, so a sweater or sweatshirt is a good idea as well.
What are the times of the conference sessions each day?
The event will start around 8am and conclude by 4:30pm Monday and Tuesday. On Wednesday (day 3) we are not starting until 9am (so breakfast will be on your own) and we should conclude by 1pm. Please plan your travel for after 3pm on Wed so you can enjoy the entirety of the conference.
Lunch break will be held at 11:30am – 1pm Monday and Tuesday and will be on your own. There are dozens of places to eat, all within a short walking distance to the conference room.
Owners and directors, lunch time will be synced up so you can all eat together.
How many people are you expecting to attend?
We are expecting about 500 attendees to the Child Care Genius LEGACY Conference 2026 and expect that number to grow in the future.
Is this conference just a ploy to sell me into a super expensive coaching program?
No way!! We loathe those pitch heavy events. We are not allowing our limited vendors to speak from stage. You might hear about our University Coaching Program or our Marketing Services here and there – and of course, we’d like to gain you as a client – but there will be no sales pitch to pressure you into joining. We will answer questions privately, if you have any.
Are there sponsorship opportunities for my business?
YES! This year we are welcoming vendors to join us at the conference on a limited basis. We have several packages available and would LOVE to chat with you about the opportunities. Attendees should book their accommodations at the Golden Nugget for convenient access to the conference and all of the fun and entertainment waiting for you on Fremont Street.

Which airport should I fly into?

How will I get from the airport to the hotel? Should I rent a car?
You can rent a car, take an Uber or Lyft, or arrange a taxi.
Google maps says it is approximately a 25 min drive from the airport to the hotel.

Refund, Transfer & Credit Policies
Can I get a refund if I cancel my registration?
No refunds will be issued as the recordings package is included in the ticket price along with several other bonus gifts that you get to keep no matter what!
Instead, we provide flexible options through ticket transfers (up to 30 days before the event) or a credit toward a future Child Care Genius Conference.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, tickets may be transferred to another person, including from outside your organization, up to 30 days before the event. Transfers are not allowed after this deadline.
What happens if I can’t attend and miss the 30-day transfer deadline?
If you’re unable to transfer your ticket in time, your registration will be converted to a full credit equal to the amount paid, which can be applied toward a single future Child Care Genius Conference. Credit expires 18 months from the date of the conference you originally purchased tickets for. NOTE: Once your credit is transferred, it’s considered used and can’t be split, reissued, or applied again toward another event.
Can I use my credit for someone else or for another program?
No. Credits are non-transferable outside your organization and may only be applied to a future Child Care Genius Conference.
How do I request a transfer or credit?
All requests must be submitted in writing to our registration team at help@childcaregenius.com. We’ll confirm your transfer or credit in writing once it’s processed.
