Tune in as we explore Frederick and Michelle’s inspiring story, from their serendipitous meeting to their bold decision to answer a divine calling and embark on a journey into the child care industry. Their unwavering commitment to excellence and community shines through as they share their experiences navigating the challenges and triumphs of entrepreneurship.
Like many owners, their venture into child care started in their home. As demand grew, they expanded to a larger house and eventually transitioned to a center. Today, they run three schools in Illinois, two of which are operational, and one serves as a non-licensed site used during school holidays. One standout aspect of Frederick and Michelle’s child care program is its unique 24-hour model, catering to the diverse needs of their community. Their dedication to providing quality care around the clock underscores the importance of adaptability and innovation in the industry.
Frederick and Michelle’s journey hasn’t been without challenges. They faced financial hurdles and had to navigate the complexities of working together as a couple. However, they found that defining roles and “staying in their lanes” helped them work together effectively. They also emphasized the importance of coaching in their growth and success. They believe that having a coach earlier in their journey would have propelled them further.
Join us as we discuss their plans for expansion and how our coaching program will continue to support and guide them on their journey. From refining business strategies to fostering personal and professional growth, Frederick and Michelle exemplify the power of determination and resilience.
