Faith is a seasoned entrepreneur and childcare industry expert with over 15 years of experience transforming childcare centers into thriving, multimillion-dollar businesses. After a successful career as an engineer and manufacturing operations manager, Faith transitioned into childcare, where she built and scaled her own centers from one location to three. Despite the challenges of rapid expansion, she led a remarkable turnaround that solidified her reputation as a leader in business strategy and operational excellence.

Now, as a coach for childcare business owners, Faith leverages her expertise in bookkeeping, procedures, growth, leadership, change management, crisis mitigation, public relations, sales, and marketing to help others navigate the complexities of running their businesses and scaling successfully.
Outside of work, Faith enjoys a unique lifestyle… living on a boat during summers with her husband, spending time with their four adult children, and traveling internationally to escape the cold East Coast winters.
