John Saviano brings years of experience in customer service, business operations, leadership, and community engagement to his role as Business Development Specialist with Child Care Genius. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for working well with people, taking on new challenges, and developing strong relationships, making his experience a natural fit for connecting with and supporting child care business owners.
A graduate of Husson University, John began his career with US Airways as a ramp agent and worked his way into leadership, eventually becoming a Customer Service Supervisor overseeing local operations for US Airways and later American Airlines. His time in the airline industry taught him how to lead teams, solve problems, communicate with people from all walks of life, and keep operations moving in a fast-paced environment.
John later brought that experience into the local business community through his leadership work with Gold Star Cleaners. Along with his day-to-day business responsibilities, he has been involved in community outreach efforts, including partnerships that provided professionally cleaned coats to people in need and prepared donated professional clothing for college students entering the workforce. Those experiences strengthened something John has long believed: successful businesses are built on relationships and have an opportunity to make a positive impact on the people and communities they serve.
That relationship-focused approach is something John is excited to bring to Child Care Genius. As Business Development Specialist, he looks forward to building connections, introducing more child care business owners to the resources and support available to them, and helping Child Care Genius expand its reach within the child care community. His background in customer service, leadership, business operations, and community outreach gives him a strong foundation for understanding people, identifying opportunities, and creating relationships that last.
Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with family and friends and has been involved in bowling for many years, both competitively and through operating a local pro shop. Whether in business, community service, or his personal interests, he enjoys connecting with people, helping others, and staying involved in the things that matter to him.
John is excited to begin this next chapter with Child Care Genius and to put his experience to work helping the company build new relationships, strengthen existing connections, and reach even more child care business owners.
