Robin Harris is a amazing educator and leader with over 20 years of experience in education. With a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and more than a decade as a public school teacher, Robin has dedicated her career to building strong academic foundations and creating supportive learning environments.
She is the founder of Exceptional Scholars Leadership Academy (EX1), a game-centered after-school tutoring and homeschool program that develops academic, leadership, and entrepreneurial skills in children. EX1 empowers students to thrive through creativity, hands-on activities, and play, making learning both engaging and effective.
In addition, Robin is an author of two empowerment books for children, and a respected implementation coach who equips educators and childcare leaders with tools to innovate and inspire. Her inclusive leadership style and passion for education continues to impact students, families, and communities. Outside of work, Robin loves spending time with her daughter and husband. She loves traveling and bringing out the best in everyone!
