He is deeply passionate about the company’s growth, culture, and the personal development of its team members. His professional background is rooted in residential and commercial lending, accounting, and asset management, providing a strong foundation for strategic financial leadership.
In his role, Thomas focuses on financial strategy, risk management, regulatory compliance, and the development of sound operational procedures that support long-term, sustainable growth. He works closely with the leadership team to align financial strategy with corporate vision, ensuring fiscal responsibility while enabling scalable innovation. Having known founders Brian and Carol since 2008, Thomas has witnessed their success in building exceptional businesses firsthand, and when the opportunity arose to join their professional team, the decision to do so was an easy one.
Outside of his professional work, Thomas is actively involved in his local community in Central Maine, particularly through his church. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, playing and teaching music, and cooking for family and friends. Now that he is married and the proud father of one, it has become easy to find a passion for childcare and the service the industry provides.
